摘　　要：通过信号博弈的方式对科技型企业家隐性资本参与企业家市场的选聘行为进行博弈分析,以期解决企业家市场的现实选聘行为中科技型企业对科技型企业家选聘不当以及科技型企业家隐性资本的投资与回报不公正等问题。This dissertation analyzes the way of tech-entrepreneurs＇ recessive capital＇s participation in selecting and engaging of the entrepreneur-market with Game Theory, whose purpose is to resolve a series of problems, such as techenterprises＇ improper choice to tech-entrepreneurs, unfair return due to investment in tech-entrepreneurs＇ recessive capital, etc.
