摘 要:为了研究某轨道巡检车的安全性和侧向动力学性能,基于导向机构运动机理,建立了整车的多体动力学模型.仿真分析了以稳定速度通过曲线轨道时车辆的侧向动力学性能.结果表明,通过曲线轨道时内侧的导向架受力变化较大,外侧受力变化较小;车辆在出入弯道时会有较明显的横摆运动.实车运行状况与仿真结果相符,验证了该模型的正确性.For studing guide safety and lateral dynamic performance of a MagLev track inspection vehicle, a full vehicle dynamic model was presented in consideration with the guide system motion constraints. Dynamic responses of the vehicle in yaw motion are obtained by the model while driving through a curved track at a constant speed. It is shown by the simulation results that during the vehicle driving through curve tracks the lateral force of the inner guide wheels varies in a larger scale in comparison with that of the outer guide wheels and the lateral vibration due to the yaw motion of the vehicle takes place whenever the vehicle passes through points of intersection of straight and curved rail tracks. Test results were used to verify the computer model. The present research is of significance in design of similar track vehicles with rubber-tired guide systems.
