摘  要:为克服目前在多焦视网膜电流图(m fERG)应用中对一阶响应成分构成的认识不足,通过对一阶响应提取过程的分析,将一阶响应分解为直接成分和诱发成分,并在此基础上提出一阶响应构成模型。为验证该模型的正确性,设计实验得到正常人在刺激时间间隔分别为13.3、26.6、40和66.5m s时的m fERG记录,用一阶响应构成模型解释记录条件的改变对一阶响应特征波峰所造成的影响。结果表明该模型合理可行,能够解释一阶响应的波形变化规律。The first-order kernel in the multifocal electroretinogram technique can not be easily decomposed with current methods. The kernel can be divided into direct and induced components based on the extraction process used to measure the first-order kernel. A component model was developed to facilitate evaluation of the kernel. The model was verified using mERG records from subjects who have healthy retinas with base period lengths of 13.3ms, 26.6 ms, 40ms, and 66.5 ms. The component model was used to explain the influence of recording intervals on the characteristic peaks of the first-order kernel. The results show that the component model can explain some of the waveform changes in the first-order kernel.
