摘 要:渔业信息系统的总体功能是以专题数据库形式,实现学校优势学科、特色专业信息资源的共享与交流。总的设计思想是基于B/S模式,将专题数据库的动态信息发布到Internet上,数据库全文信息以PDF文档格式呈现,其阅读对象与范围受全文信息开放度的限制。系统分优势学科、渔业专家、渔业机构、学位论文、科技成果、学科导航和会议论文等七类专题,可收录几乎所有类型的信息资源,采用数据库和文件相结合的存储方式。系统管理员和专业信息服务人员可直接在浏览器上,实现对信息资源的及时更新。注册用户可上传数据,应届毕业生可在网上提交自己的学位论文。The main purpose of the Fisheries Information System Based on Internet is to integrate, share, and exchange knowledge, data, and resources among various research groups and departments within the University. Furthermore, the information designed to satisfy the particular topic of interest can be disseminated to the faculties and students. The current concept is based on the B/S model with application servers as the basis, the information can be viewed through Internet browsers. All documents will be presented in the format of HTML or PDF files. The system will consist of seven major categories, with the capability of expanding and continuously providing more upto-date information. This digital library of data will accommodate almost all types of media, including text, pictures, audio, video, and web pages. The advantage of the assimilation of the Internet and database is the openness of data. The user can simply log online and access documents contained in the database. The system administrator can directly manage the users in the browsers, and constantly refresh the exchanged information. Registered users will be allowed to upload information. For example, using this system, every year's graduates can even upload their theses.
