银杏外种皮提取液抑制农作物病原菌的初步研究

摘　　要：用银杏外种皮乙醇提取液进行了室内抑菌和盆栽抑菌试验。结果表明:浓度0.20 g/ml的银杏外种皮提取液对水稻纹枯病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌和番茄青枯病菌有明显的繁殖抑制作用,浓度2.0 mg/ml的银杏外种皮提取液能明显减少盆栽番茄因青枯病而导致的死亡率。Anti-fungal efficiency of extract from exopleura of Ginkgo Bilobal L on Crops was evaluated in the present study. Results showed that the extract at concentration of 0.20 g/ml（ in water ） exhibited an abvious antigrowth effect against fungi of Corbiculare, Rhizoctonia solani K and bacterium of pseutomoas solauacearu, respectively, while the extract at the concentration of 2.0 mg/ml（ in water）also had reduction of death rate for potted tomato seedlinges that caused by pseutomoas solanaceanun.
