摘  要:烘烤前用浓度1∶1 000倍蔗糖酯溶液喷洒鲜烟叶,能显著提高上部叶烤后质量。具体表现为:烤后烟叶色泽鲜亮,等级结构有所改善,总氮、烟碱、蛋白质含量显著降低,糖含量显著升高,化学成分协调性明显改善。Before curing, tiesh leaves were treated with 1 : 1 000 sucrose-aster solutions. The result showed that the treatmaent could significantly improve upper position leaf quatity. The leaf was upgraded and its colar was brighter, the content of total nitrogen, nicotine and protein was significantly reduced, the sugar content was greatly increased, the leaf chenfic component became mere harmony.
