40例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性

摘　　要：现代免疫学研究表明,免疫抑制一定先于和伴随可见肿瘤的发生。许多研究报道晚期肺癌患者的免疫监视功能低下。我们用小鼠抗人淋巴细胞单克隆抗体OKT_3,OKT_4,OKT_8及^(125)I释放法检测40例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者外周血,发现T细胞亚群数及NK细胞活性均显著地低于正常健康者,表明患者的免疫监视功能处于被抑制的状态。T-lymphocyte subtribe and NK-cell activity had been determined in 40 cases ofadvanced lung cancer. 20 of them are adenocarcinoma (10 stage Ⅲ, 10 stage Ⅳ) and 20 are squamous cell carcinoma (13 stage Ⅲ, 7 stage Ⅳ). The results showed thatOKT^3 and OKT^4 were far less in number than that in healthy persons (P<0. 001).OKT^8 was normal or a little elevated, but OKT^8 in patients with adenocarcinoma washigher than that with squamous carcinoma, and the ratio of OKT^4/OKT^8 was lower thanthat in normal control. The NK-cell activity was lower than that of healthy persons.These results indicated that the immunocyte and immunocompetence in thesepatients had been inhibited and this may be one of the major expression of hypo-immunity in advanced lung cancer patients.
