4-安替比林衍生物的合成与表征

摘　　要：以4-氨基安替比林为起始原料,制得4-安替比林异硫氰酸酯,再与芳胺和芳肼通过微波固态反应,合成了7个未见文献报道的含4-安替比林环的硫脲类和氨基硫脲类衍生物。产物经IR1、HNMR1、3CNMR和元素分析进行了确认和表征。Microwave activation coupled with solvent-free, as a green chemical procedure, was applied to the synthesis of a series of heterecyclic thiourea and thiosemicarbazide containing 4- aminoanfipyrine group. The reaction proved to be extremely simple and highly efficient. The structures of the products were characterized by elemental analysis,IR, 1^HNMR and l3^CNMR.
