乌桕及了哥王促癌作用机理探讨

摘　　要：大戟科植物乌桕(Sapium sebiferum SS)及瑞香科植物了哥王(Wisktroemia indica,WI)是遍布于我国南方山区的木本植物,民间一般作为清热解毒的中草药。黄芫花(Foliumet flosmikstroemiachamaedaphnis,FFC)针剂多用于引产。The experimental result suggested that when mouse cervical uterine cancer wasinduced by HSV-2 or MCA, the ether extracts of SS and WI exerted a promotingeffect, but the croton oil gave the strongest effect. The study on changes of LDHisozyme pattern and activity in serum and in cervical cancer tissue during carcinogenicprocess showed that MCA may have.caused the LDH isozyme gene expression out ofcontrol and thus cancer is indced. The SS and FFC may accelerate this malignantchange and the machanism of this promotion is still carrying on.
