摘　　要：在新型浆纱机上应用高压、高浓、低粘工艺进行了上浆实践,介绍了烘燥温度的控制等关键技术措施,测试对比了不同硬度压浆辊浆纱品种的压出回潮率,并进行了侧压新工艺的应用探索,认为在S432型浆纱机上采用双浸四压的压榨方式利于浆液浸透与被覆的合理分配。Sizing practice of high pressure, high concentration and low viscosity in new type sizing machine was done, main technique measure such as drying temperature and so on were introduced. Pressure moisture regain of sizing variety with different hardness squeezing roller were tested and compared, new technology of side pressure was also researched. The test shows that double-dip-four-press using in S432 sizing machine makes size imbue and coverage reasonably,
