摘　　要：“以学生为本”是高校学生工作的核心理念,是“以人为本”理念在高校学生工作实践中的具体运用。我们必须从“以人为本”理念的内涵、流变、价值、实现途径的认识入手,对高校学生工作中坚持“以学生为本”的价值、意义、内涵、内容,以及当前学生工作存在的不足进行全面分析与研究,以确定高校学生工作的改革方向。“Student-oriented ideology” is the key principle of student administration in universities. It is the concrete application of human-oriented ideology into student administration. This article begins with the knowledge of the connotation, the development, the change, the value and the way of realization of human-oriented. It tries to give a systematic explanation of the value, the significance and the contant of holding student-oriented ideology as the principle in student- administration in university, the disadvantages of current student administration and its way of reforms.
