联合化疗方案治疗晚期软组织肉瘤26例的疗效观察

摘　　要：软组织肿瘤是一种比较少见的肿瘤,以良性肿瘤为多见,为恶性肿瘤的5倍。恶性软组织肿瘤占恶性肿瘤的1％,占恶性肿瘤死亡的2.1％,好发于青壮年。恶性软组织肿瘤的洽疗是以手术为主,而对于手术后复发或晚期病例,采用联合化疗方案治疗尚能取得一定的疗效。我院化疗科自1984年2月～1987年10月对26例晚期软组织肉瘤用以环磷酰胺、长春新硷为主的联合化疗方案治疗,现将结果报道如下。Twenty six patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma were treated by combinedchemotherapy regimen from February 1984 to October 1987. of these 26 paients, 1complete remission and 8 partial remission were observed, yielding a response rateof 34.6% with a median response duration of 5 months. Similar response rate wasseen in four different combined chemotherapy regimens (COA, COD, COM, COAD)。A longer median survival was observed in the responders than in the nonresponders(12 vs 5 months).
