摘　　要：近年来,一些研究表明,某些化学物质有诱导癌细胞向正常细胞分化的趋势,化学诱导剂六亚甲基双乙酰胺(HMBA)在一系列平面极性化合物中活性最高。它不仅可使白血病细胞分化为“正常细胞”,也可诱导一些实体瘤细胞,如黑色素瘤、结肠癌和膀胱癌等分化为近似正常的细胞。因其对胃癌细胞的作用尚未见报道。本文就其对体外培养的人胃腺癌细胞系(SGC-7901)诱导分化的超微结构改变作了电镜观察。Hexamethylene bisacetamide (RMBA) is the most potent cell differentiationinducer yet defined in the planar polar compounds. SGC-7901 gastric cancer cell linewas cultured in vitro with 5mM/ml HMBA for 120 hrs. Ultrastructural changs of cellsshowed the follows: the number of microvilli and processes decreased, the mito-chondria and secretory granules increased, the Golgi complexes appeared, the ratio of.nucleus/cytoplasm reduced, and heterochromatin increased. The results indicatedthat HMBA could induced reverse differentiation of SGC-7901 in vitro.
