不同茶叶及茶多酚对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝的影响

摘　　要：目的考察不同产地绿茶、红茶以及绿茶多酚对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝的影响。方法大鼠喂饲高脂饲料制备大鼠脂肪肝模型,喂饲含不同茶叶或茶多酚的高脂饲料,观察体重变化、睾丸脂肪垫重量、血清TG和TC、肝脏脂肪性变、肝匀浆甘油三酯和胆固醇含量。结果各受试物组睾丸脂肪垫重量均较模型对照组减轻,云南绿茶组和四川绿茶组肝匀浆甘油三酯和胆固醇均明显低于模型对照;茶多酚组肝匀浆甘油三酯也明显低于模型对照组,但高于云南绿茶组和四川绿茶,茶多酚组肝匀浆胆固醇低于模型对照组,但明显高于云南绿茶组和四川绿茶组;云南红茶组肝匀浆甘油三酯和胆固醇与模型对照组相当。结论云南绿茶和四川绿茶均对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝的形成有明显抑制作用;茶多酚也有一定作用;但云南红茶作用不明显。Objective： The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different kinds of teas and green tea polyphenol on liver fat of adult rats fed high-fat diet. Methods： Adult male SD rats were randomized to four treatment groups and two control groups（the normal control and the model control） and all maintained on high-fat diet for 30 days except the normal control group which were fed normal diet. Meanwhile the four treatment groups were fed the raw powders of Yunnan green tea , Yunnan black tea , Sichuan green tea or green tea polyphenol respectively. Body weight, testis fat, TG, TC in plasma and liver were measured at the study end. Results： Compared with the model control group, the testis fat in treatment groups were reduced significantly （P〈0.01）, meanwhile the TG and TC in liver of groups fed the raw powders of Yunnan green tea or Sichuan green tea were decreased significantly. The group fed green tea polyphenol also showed a greater reduction in liver TG（by 48.2% ） and liver TC （38.7%）. No significant differences in liver TG and TC were found between the model control or the group fed the raw powders of Yunnan black tea. Conclusion： The raw powders of Yunnan green tea or Siehuan green tea result in significant liver fat loss in rats fed high-fat diet, the green tea polyphenol has a weaker effect and Yunnan black tea has no effect.
