摘　　要：从医疗保险基金筹集、收支状况、基本医疗保障、医疗费用控制、社会反映等方面,对深圳市医疗 保险新旧模式进行了比较研究,认为社会统筹与个人帐户相结合的医疗保险新模式优于旧模式。A comparative study illustrates for what advantages the new model of medical insurance in Shenzhen City, i. e. , the model based on a combined use of social overall planning and personal accounts, is considered superior to the old medical insurancel model of Shenzhen in the aspects of fund raising, balance sheet, basic medical security, medical expenditure control, and social general assessment.
