摘　　要：BC_(369)是一种生物物质。本文采用多种小鼠移植性肿瘤研究了BC_(369)的抗肿瘤作用。通过多项指标的体内实验证实BC_(369)经腹腔或皮下给药,对Ehrlich腹水癌、小鼠原发性肝癌、S_(180)肉瘤、Lewis肺癌、L_(1210)淋巴细胞白血病、LA-795肺腺癌、MA-737乳腺癌均有不同程度的抑制生长和杀伤作用,其生存时间、瘤重生长抑制率、肿瘤再生长延缓均优于生理盐水对照组和环磷酰胺组。作者认为BC_(369)是一种新型的、有一定疗效的生物抗癌剂,有进一步研究的价值。BC369 is a biosubstance. various type implanted tumors of the mice were treated by it via intraperitoneal or subcutanous injection. The antitumor effect of this agent had been estimated. we found out that BC369 may either killing or suppression thegrowth of Ehrlich ascites tumor,primary liver cancer of the mice,S180 sarcoma,Lewis-lung cancer,L1210 lymphocytic leukemia,LA-795 adenocarcinoma of the lung,MA-737 breast cancer,etc.Comparison were made between the Saline Group and Cyclophos-amide Group for their survival rate and suppressive rate of the tumor. The resultshowed that BC369 may delayed the regeneration of the tumor and antitumoraction of the Experimental Group was also better than the Control Groups. The au-thor suggests, further research for this new antitumor agent is valuable.
