摘  要:目的:探讨低能量氩离子激光在防止翼状胬肉术后复发中的作用。方法:将90例原发性翼状胬肉术后一周术区结膜或角膜缘出现新生血管胚芽的病人随机分为3组,A组为低能量氩离子激光组,以功率0.1~0.15W,时间0.2s,计数56~187点进行光凝,每次间隔1周,共1~3次;B组为常规能量氩离子激光组,以功率0.2~0.3W,时间0.2s,计数47~166点进行光凝;C组为对照组不行光凝。结果:A组激光后并发症(结膜灼伤、结膜出血)较B组少(P<0.05),随访一年,复发率A组为6.67%,B组为10%,C组为33.33%。A组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低能量氩离子激光封闭胬肉术后一周新生血管胚芽,能降低胬肉术后复发率,操作简单,病人痛苦少,可作为防止翼状胬肉术后复发的一种有效方法。Objective: To evaluate the effeteness of argon laser in preventing the recurrence of pterygium. Methods:90 cases received pterygium dissection one week before being selected, new vessels appeared in surgery site of corneal and/or conjunctiva in all cases. They were divided into 3 groups randomly. Group A received low-energy argon laser photocoagulation, power : 0.1-0.15W ; time : 0.2 s ; 56-187 laser spots. Group Breceived normal-energy argon laser photocoagulation, power:0.2-0.3 W; time:0.2 s; 47-166 laser spots. Group C is a compared group and didn't receive this treatment. Result: Cases with photocoagulation's complication conjunctive burn and hemorrhage in group A was less than group B (P〈0.05). After one year follow-up, the recurrent rate of group A was 6.67%; group B 10%; group C 33.33%. P〈0.01 when compared A with C, P〈0.05 when comparing B with C. Conclusion: Using low-energy argon laser to make photocoagulation to new vessels can reduce the pterygium recurrence rate, it's easy to operate, and patients experience less pain from it, so it's an effective treatment in preventing the recurrence of pterygium.
