摘　　要：通过查阅大量国内有关跳远技术方面的文献资料,从跳远助跑、起跳两个较为重要的环节入手,系统地整理和分析了国内外跳远技术研究的现状及其研究成果,为教练员从事跳远技术的训练工作提供一定的理论指导。This paper, with the analysis of the research avaiable both at home and abroad, from the aspects of run- up speed, take- off techniques in long jump, analyses the reviews on research of modem skills in long jump and the result in relation to research, so as to supply some theoretical help and guides for our coaches who are engaged in skills training in long jump.
