摘　　要：商鞅是中国历史上著名的政治家与改革家,为后人留下了丰富的治国思想。这些思想,对于现代管理学,也有借鉴意义和启示作用,运用得法,可以拓展我们的思路,有助于我们探讨现代企事业单位管理的理论与实践,提高管理水平。As a statesman and reformer, Shang Yang left rich thoughts of ruling over and administer a country, from which people can draw lessons or gain inspirations on modern management. If only we are good at using them, which will open and widen our thought and be helpful to research the theory and practice in the management of modern enterprises, improving the level of management.
