摘　　要：中小企业在发展过程中与国有大中型企业一样存在着治理结构问题。治理结构已成为中小企业发展的主要瓶颈。本文从公司治理问题产生的背景出发,通过分析中小企业治理结构中存在的问题,尝试提出完善中小企业治理结构的一些方法。The governance structure problems exist not only in the state - owned large - medium sized enterprises but also in the middle and small - scale enterprises. The governance structure is becoming a main bottleneck for the devdopment of the middle and small - scale enterprises. To start with the background of corporate governance, this paper tries to put forward some ways to improve and perfect the governance structure of the middle and small - scale enterprises through the analysis of the governance structure problems existing in the middle and small - scale enterprises.
