摘　　要：借鉴战略管理理论,首先建立了科研院所企业化转制战略定位模型;其次,探讨了外部环境扫描方案和利用EFE矩阵法对科研院所企业化转制外部环境进行定量评价的方案;再次,设计了科研院所所在行业关键成功因素识别方案;然后,研究了内部环境评估和核心能力识别方案及利用IFE矩阵法对科研院所企业化转制内部资源条件进行定量评价的方案;最后,提出了基于改进型IE矩阵的科研院所企业化转制战略定位模型和战略定位方案选择框架。Learning from strategy management theory, firstly, a strategy orientation model for transforming institutes of development type into enterprises is established; Secondly, the scheme scanning exterior environment and the scheme evaluating quantitatively exterior environment of institutes＇ transformation with EFE matrix method are discussed; Thirdly, the paper designs the scheme of identifying institute＇s industry key success factors; Then, the .scheme evaluating interior resource, the scheme identifying core competences and the scheme evaluating quantitatively interior resource of institute＇ s transformation in IFE matrix method are studied; Lastly, an institute＇ s transformation strategy orientation model based on improved type of IE matrix and a selection frame of strategy orientation scheme are put forward.
