摘　　要：链式战略联盟指拥有互补技能和资源的企业所组合起来的联盟形式。相比同质资源组合起来的规模型联盟,链式联盟具有更大的不确定性,联盟内企业更容易产生背叛行为而导致联盟破裂。本文对链式联盟的行为特征及知识来源进行了分析,从企业竞合互动的角度论述了链式联盟产生困境的原因,并初步指出了走出合作困境的途径。Link alliances are composed of alternative skills and resources enterprises. Comparing of scale alliances composed of similar resources, link alliances shon more uncertainty and failures for betraying of firms in them. This article analyses behavioral characters and resources of knowledge of link alliances. From co - competitive view, it discusses the reason of dilemma, and points out the way to breakthrough it.
