机动玩具中凸轮机构的设计特点与应用

摘　　要：机动玩具中的凸轮机构有其自身的设计特点,对凸轮轮廓曲线要求不高,对凸轮本身的强度要求也相对较低。凸轮机构在机动玩具中的应用广泛,通过变化多样的外形设计,可实现多种功能。利用凸轮机构,可以完成2个运动传动链之间的自动切换,带动玩具动作机构摆动或移动,还可以用作发声机构产生不同的声音效果,以及作为发光系统的控制元件。Cam members have characteristics in designing action toys. The outline of a cam is not needed high nicety and a cam does not need high intensity. Cam members in action toys are used widely. They can perform many functions by a variety of shapes. Using cam members, two gear chains can be exchanged in motion automatically and the toy can swing or move. A cam member can be used as a sound production which can make different sound, and as a control component of light producing system.
