摘　　要：叙述了近几年国外磨粉加工设备的发展和变化,主要介绍了着水机、分离筛、高方筛、磨粉机、在线面粉生产监控等方面先进技术的利用,以供选用参考。The paper puts forward the development and changing about the flour milling equipment in the developed countries. It is mainly discussed about some part of advanced technologiesused on some equipments, for exampled sieves, rollermill, plansifter, temper system ,automatic system, etc.
