白菜型油菜萝卜细胞质不育系向甘蓝型油菜转移过程中缺绿症和不育性的恢复

摘  要:1991~1995年用白菜型油菜萝卜细胞质不育系(低温叶片缺绿)与不同的甘蓝型油菜测交、回交,3a观察了52个组合,其中有30.7%组合出现低温下不缺绿的正常甘蓝型绿色植株(NGP),但组合间NGP发生频率变异较大,从1.4%~100%不等,这种差异可能与核背景有关。绝大多数NGP同时伴随着蜜腺、育性恢复正常,少数NGP为半不育类型,但蜜腺恢复正常。可育的NGP自交后代表现复杂,大致可分为3种类型,绝大多数为NGPⅡ类型。OguCMS lines (B. campestris ) with chlorophyu deficiency in low temperature(<12℃ ) were testcrossed(or backcrossed) with various cultivars (B. napus L) in Hefei from 1991 to 1994. Of all 52 combinations investigat-ed, the combinations in which there was at lest one with no-chlorophyll -deficiency normal grass plant (NGP)were 30. 7 %. The frequency of NGPs varied among the combinations and ranged from 1. 4 to 100%,and the vari-ance was maybe connected with nuclear bacdground male parents. The majority of NGPs accompanied restorationof nectary and feritility. The minority of NGPs was partiai rnale sterile,but its nectary devloped well. The bchav-iors of selfcrosses progenies of different NGPs were greatly different. According to the different,NGPs were clas-sified into 3 sorts.
