巨大腮腺深叶肿瘤切除的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨腮腺至上腭、咽侧及舌根肿瘤切除术的最佳进路.方法：采用下颌骨切开外旋入路切除腮腺至上腭肿瘤6例.结果：经下颌骨切开外旋,手术视野暴露充分.6例肿瘤得到根治,疗效满意.术中仔细解剖面神经各支,无明显功能受损及其他并发症.结论：下颌骨切开外旋进路切除腮腺至上腭的巨大肿瘤具有暴露充分、不易损伤面神经、安全可靠的特点,特别适用于腮腺深叶至上腭的巨大肿瘤的切除.Objective： To find a better approach for the resection of the parotid to palate, pharyngeal side and the root of the tongue . Methods： 6 cases of parotid to palate tumors were thoroughly resected via mandible swing approaches. Result： The method of Mandible Swing Approach provide a good exposure . The tumors in the 6 cases were thoroughly resected without obvious functional defects or severe complications. It is safe and leaves minimal morbidity. Conclusion： This procedure provides good exposure , less scathe to the face nerve, safe and reliable.
