摘  要:目的:探讨姜黄素(curcumin,Cur)及其联合化疗对子宫颈癌Hela细胞体外生长的抑制作用。方法:将Cur单独应用或与临床上常用的宫颈癌化疗药物顺铂(cDDP)、博来霉素(BLM)、拓扑替康(TPT)联合应用,观察对Hela细胞生长抑制率的影响,药物敏感实验采用MTT法。结果:Cur抑制Hela细胞的生长,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)为22.37μmol/L,Cur与各种浓度的cDDP、BLM或TPT联用,可提高各种药物对Hela细胞的生长抑制率(P<0.05)。结论:Cur在体外对宫颈癌Hela细胞具有抑制作用,与cDDP、BLM或TPT联合应用,可提高3种药物的化疗效果。Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin and curcumin-based combination chemotherapy on Hela cells of cervical carcinoma in vitro. Methods : The sensitivity test of curcumin and its combination with cDDP, BLM or TPT, which were frequently used in chemotherapy, was carried out by MTT assay to observe the cell growth inhibiting rate. Results: Curcumin was effective in inhibiting the proliferation of Hela cells, its IC50 being 22.37μmol/ L. The inhibiting rates of cDDP, BLM and TPT to HeLa cells were enhanced significantly by the combination with curcumin (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Curcumin effectively inhibits the Hela cells of cervical carcinoma in vitro, and the chemotherapy effect can be enhanced by the combination of curcumin with cDDP, BLM or TPT.
