摘　　要：企业的决策者经常遇到究竟按照什么原则来选择适合企业的新技术,如何才能避免新技术选择所带来的风险等等困惑。通常决策者所依赖的经济模型中几乎都隐含不确定性条件并不影响决策制定的假设。本文通过明确地考虑不确定性的存在,来扩展常用的基本模型,发现规避风险并满足企业家技术保险偏好的有效原则。Enterprises＇ decision-makers often meet with the perplexity of what to depend upon to select suitable new technique and of how to avoid the risks caused by the selected technique. In most cases, the economic models which decision-makers depend on imply indefinite factors that do not influence decision-making supposition. This article takes into clear consideration the indeterminacy in order to extend commonly-used basic models and to find effective principles that both evade risks and satisfy entrepreneurs＇ favor to insure technology.
