摘　　要：本文从辜正坤先生的治学生涯和学识大略入手,对辜先生的译学研究理路进行探讨.旨在指出辜先生在译学研究方面的成就是个人禀赋和文化际会的必然结果.The present article is a survey of Mr. Gu Zhengkun＇ s theoretical achievements in translation studies in perspective of his scholastic career and academic insight with an intent to prove that the achievements Mr. Gu has made is the natural result of the perfect combination of his talent and cultural reality.
