摘　　要：《礼记.学记》作为先贤圣哲们阐述为师之道的经典之作,把教育作为“建国君民”之本;把教师作为教育、教学之本;把了解和把握教育教学规律、掌握并运用教学方法和艺术作为教师必备的素质,把爱生敬业、教书育人、为人师表作为师德的基本要求。《礼记.学记》给我们这样的启示:大学之师应为“经师”、“人师”、仁爱之师、善教之师。“On Learning” in The Book of Rites is one of the classics from which our Confucian worthy pioneers expounded the ways to be a teacher. It considers education as the basis of building our country and leading people and teachers as the fundament of education and teaching. It regards understanding the laws of education and mastering the ways of teaching as the essential quality of teachers. It decides loving students, holding dear the teaching profession, teaching knowledge as well as moral character, being worthy of the name of teacher upon the basic demand on teachers. It renders us the enlightenment that great masers should pass on knowledge, teach others how to conduct themselves, have a kindhearted nature and be good at teaching,
