脑静脉(窦)血栓形成MRI诊断

摘　　要：分析9例静脉窦血栓形成的MRI征象。4例血栓于上矢状窦,4例于横窦,3例于乙状窦,2例于颈内静脉,2例于大脑上静脉。MRI可显示直接征象:静脉窦流空效应消失,静脉窦内出现各期信号不同的血栓。间接征象:显示脑水肿,梗塞及出血等。1例治疗后复查2次,可见血栓逐渐缩小及静脉窦内重新出现流空效应。The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of 9 patients with Sinus and vein thrombosis were analyzed in this article. The thrombosis of superior Sagittal sinus, transverse sinus, sigmoid sinus, superior cerebral vein and jugular interna vein was in 4, 4, 3, 2 and 2 cases. MRI can showed the direct thrombotic signs that included: (1) Flow void effect, disppeared, (2) Different sings of thrembosis in different Period, (3)Lntracerebral edema, infarction and hemorrhage et al. The thrombosis disppeared and Flow void effect reappeared in 1 case after 3 months therapy.
