摘　　要：通过报告23例原发性鼻咽喉恶性淋巴瘤,其中非何杰金氏淋巴瘤22例,何杰金氏病1例,结合临床体会和文献资料重点讨论了NHL原发于鼻咽喉的临床特点、病理类型、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。提出进一步认识结外淋巴瘤对于耳鼻喉科医生的重要性。Abstract Twenty-three cases of malignant lymphoma arising in nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, Waldeyer's ring and larynx were repoorted(22 cases of NHL, 1 case of HD). we emphatically discussed the clinical features, pathological gypes, diagonosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of NHL of nose, pharynx and larynx while referring to our clinical experience and the literatures of NHI, pointed out the importance of an otolaryn-gologist's konwing more about extranode lymphoma.
