摘 要:目的探讨cmet蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌临床病理特征及其肿瘤微血管密度的关系。方法对47例手术切除的胃癌组织采用免疫组织化学法检测cmet蛋白的表达及其肿瘤微血管密度。结果胃癌组织中cmet蛋白表达阳性率为85.1%,cmet阳性率与胃癌肿瘤的直径、有无淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期、是否有淋巴管及静脉癌栓有关;cmet阳性组胃癌微血管密度高于对照组。结论cmet蛋白的表达促进了胃癌的生长、浸润及转移,并促进胃癌的血管生成,与胃癌预后不良及临床病理特征有重要关系。Objective To study the significance of expression of c-met protein in gastric cancer tissue and to explore the correlation between c-met and micro-vessel density (MVD). Methods c-met protein and MVD in gastric cancerous tissue were determined by immunohistochemistry in 47 patients. Results The positive rate of c-met in gastric tissue was 85. 1%. The expression of c-met was much higher in patients with tumor diameter larger than 5cm, with deeper invasion, regional lymph nodes metastasis, lymph vessel and venous invasion, and TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P〈0. 05). MVD was significantly higher in c-met positive group than its counterpart (47. 7±16. 3 vs. 34. 3±9. 6, P〈0. 05). Conclusion Increased c-met expression augments invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma, and it correlates with clinicopathologic features and poor prognosis.
