线性总义齿与解剖总义齿下颌运动轨迹的比较

摘　　要：目的了解线性总义齿和解剖总义齿修复患者的下颌运动特征及其与咀嚼功能的关系。方法利用K5AR型下颌运动轨迹描记仪,对33例线性总义齿修复患者和30例解剖总义齿修复患者的下颌运动特征包括咀嚼循环的轨迹特征、咀嚼运动幅度及运动速度等方面进行检测。结果线性总义齿的下颌运动轨迹特征不同于解剖总义齿,线性总义齿的额状面轨迹无明显接触滑动,矢状面前伸运动轨迹为直线,其咀嚼循环运动时开口最大速度相对较大,闭口最大速度相对较小(P<0.05)。结论线性总义齿具有特征性的下颌运动轨迹,反映出线性总义齿依赖良好的稳定性以充分发挥咀嚼功能。Objective ： To study the characteristic of mandibular kinesiography （MKG） of the patients wearing linear occlusal denture or anatomic occlusal denture, and its relation with masticatory function. Methods：The characteristic tracks, range and speed of mastication movement of two groups of patients, 33 wearing linear occlusal dentures and 30 wearing anatomic occlusal dentures, were recorded by MKG and statistically compared. Results： Differences of mandibular movement track in linear occtusal denture group from that of the anatomic occlusion group were found as following： ①There was no occtusal contact slide on the frontal plane track. The track of protrusion movement on sagittal plane was a straight line. ②The maximum speed of closing of linear occlusal dentures was apparently slower than that of anatomic occlusal dentures （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Linear occlusal dentures contribute the good masticatory function lying on the better stability.
