特制人工假体在骨肿瘤保肢治疗中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]在新辅助化疗前提下,探讨肢体骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损的修复途径.[方法]收治36例病人,骨肉瘤经过新辅助化疗,术前确定切除范围,订做特制人工假体,行肿瘤切除假体置换术.[结果]5个人工骨盆,经过6个月～8 a的随访,现功能良好.24例恶性骨肿瘤患者,6例死亡,5 a以上存活率为58.3%,晚期人工关节松动下沉2例,柄部折断1例,经翻修后好转.[结论]特制人工假体在骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损修复方面有其独特的优越性.[ Objective]To evaluate the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and specially-made prosthetic replacement in extremity salvage treatment of bone tumors. [ Method] A total of 36 volunteer patients with osteosat＇coma were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and furnished with custom-made artificial prosthesis. [ Result] After 6 months to 8 years＇ follow up, 5 cases with custom-made artificial pelvis have resumed normal function until now. In the 24 cases with bone tumors, 6 died, the 5-year living rate was 58.3%; 2 cases were found artificial joint loosing, 1 case was found artifical joint broken in late days, which recnvered after reconstruction. [ Conclusion] The application of specially-made prosthetic has unique advantages.
