摘　　要：目的:探讨进展性脑梗死的相关因素,以便临床早期诊断并及早予以纠正,以降低进展性脑梗死的死亡率和致残率。资料来源:应用计算机检索万方数据库2000-01/2004-12与进展性卒中相关文章,检索词“进展性脑梗死”、“进展型脑梗死”、“进展性卒中”、“脑梗死恶化”或“神经功能恶化”;应用计算机检索清华同方1990-1/2004-12期间的相关文章,检索词“进展性卒中”;同时应用计算机检索Pubmed1980-10/2004-12期间的相关文章,检索词“strokeinprogression”、“hyperglycemiacerebralischemia”“nitricoxidecerebralischemia”“hemorrhagictransformationcerebralischemia”或“interleukincerebralischemia”,并限定文章语言种类为“English”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取与进展性脑梗死的危险因素相关的文章,同时选取各危险因素与脑梗死相关性研究的论著。资料提炼:共收集到关于进展性脑梗死相关性研究的论著23篇,同时收集高血糖与脑梗死相关性研究的论著4篇,出血性脑梗死相关因素研究的论著1篇,脱水剂应用与脑梗死的相关研究1篇,一氧化氮与脑梗死的相关研究1篇,白细胞介素与脑梗死关系的研究1篇。资料综合:关于进展性脑梗死的相关性研究主要有几个方面,包括血压、血糖、动脉狭窄及梗死部位、凝血抗凝和纤溶功能、脱水剂、白蛋白应用、发热及感染、白细胞介素、铁蛋白、内皮素、一氧化氮、谷氨酸及甘氨酸等。结论:进展性脑梗死相关因素有血压、血糖、动脉狭窄及梗死部位、凝血抗凝和纤溶功能、脱水剂、白蛋白应用、发热及感染、白细胞介素、铁蛋白、内皮素、一氧化氮、谷氨酸及甘氨酸等。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the related factors of progressive ischemic stroke for the early clinical diagnosis and correction in time so as to decrease the death rate and mutilation rate in progressive ischemic stroke. DATA SOURCES： A cornputer-based search in Wanfang database for the articles about progressive ischemic stroke between January 2000 and December 2004 were performed by using the key words “stroke in progression, progressive cerebral ischemia, progressive stroke, ischemic stroke aggravation, nerve function aggravation” in Chinese, and the related articles as above between January 1990 and December 2004 was searched for in Tsinghua Tongfang with the key words “progressive stroke” in Chinese. Meanwhile, the search in Pubmed database for the related articles between January 1980 and December 2004 were searched for by using the key words “stroke in progression, hyperglycemia cerebral ischemia, nitric oxide cerebral ischemia, hemorrhagic transformation cerebral ischemia, interleukin cerebral ischemia”, and the language was “English”. STUDY SELECTION： After a primary cheek-up to the above articles, the literatures related to the progressive ischemic stroke, and the relationship betweer, the risk factors and the ischemie stroke were selected. DATA EXTRACTION： Totally 23 articles about progressive ischemic stroke were selected. Meanwhile, 4 articles about the relationship between the hyperglycemia and the ischemic stroke, 1 article about the hemorrhagic ischemic stroke, 1 article about the relationship between the dehydrant and isehemic stroke. 1 article about the relationship between the nitric oxide and ischemic stroke, and 1 article about the relationship between the interleukin and ischemic stroke.
