摘　　要：阐述了研究供应链上物流能力对提高供应链竞争力的意义和重要性,对国内外关于物流能力的研究现状进行了总结。定义了供应链物流能力,采用按要素性质分类的方法构建了企业物流能力要素体系,并将这一体系与现有的相关研究成果进行比较分析。在此基础上,进一步指出了目前物流能力研究中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决办法。最后,提出了供应链物流能力的未来研究方向,主要包括供应链层面物流能力绩效评价指标、供应链物流能力与供应链整体竞争力关系,以及提高供应链物流能力的物流组织方法等方面的研究内容。The significance and importance of logistics capability to the competence of whole supply chain were discussed. And a literature review of logistics capability research and practices in China and abroad was summarized. The supply chain＇s logistics capability was defined, and enterprise logistics capability elements system was constructed by means of element classification methods. Moreover, a comparison between this system and current research achievements was analyzed. Based on the above studies, the issues of current research on logistics capability were pointed out and corresponding solutions to these issues were also provided. Finally, the future research trend of lo- gistics capability under the environment of supply chain management were given, including logistics capability performance index in a supply chain, the relationship between logistics capability and competence in a supply chain, and the logistics organization methods to improve supply chain＇s logistics capability.
