摘 要:考虑到传统物料清单模型在企业应用系统中的局限性及运行效率等问题,提出一种基于 n维仿射空间的产品结构模型。零件、部件和产品的全体构成一个仿射空间,并与伴随向量空间中的向径相对应。从零件到部件,产品的组装过程转化为对应向径间的线性组合,对物料清单的正逆向搜索、变形产品定义等操作通过相应向径间的内积运算来实现。最后,通过应用实例说明,基于该模型的产品结构数据在搜索性能、动态可变性以及数据重用性等方面得到了相应的改善。Considering the limitation of traditional Bill of Materials (BOM) models in enterprise applications, a novel BOM model based on n-dimensional affine space was proposed. All parts of a product could construct an affine space, and then each of them had a corresponding vector in the concomitant vector space of the affine space. So the assemblies from parts to products were represented by corresponding linear combination, and all operations on BOM were completed by calculating the inner product between corresponding vectors. Application in a practical case indicated that the flexibility, searching, and data reuse performances of the new BOM model were modified.
