Miles手术不同引流物对会阴切口愈合的影响

摘　　要：十年间施行直肠癌 Miles 手术144例,分别使用了硅胶双套管、双套管注药、大香烟三种骶前引流方法,由于引流效果的不同,它们在会阴切口愈合,术后住院时间等方面存在着明显差异(P<0.05、P<0.01),其中硅胶双套管引流组会阴切口一期愈合率达到98.6%,术后平均住院时间19.5天,明显优于另外两组。Abstract From 1985 to 1994, 144 patients with rectal and anal carcinoma received abdominoperineal rectum resection. We placed three different kinds of drainages at the deepest point of the sacral cavity to these patients.They are silicone sump srain (Group A) sump drain with unhecting drug (Group B) and cigarette drain (Group C). In the three groups ,there were statistically significant differences of perineal wound healing and average postoperative hospitalization duration. In the group A primary perineal wound healing achieved 98. 6%, the average postopcrative hospitalization time was 19. 5 davs.
