咬合力丧失对大鼠牙周组织中iNOS表达的影响

摘  要:目的:研究咬合力丧失后诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)影响牙周组织改建的分子机制。方法:选用W istar大鼠建立咬合力丧失的动物模型,按照拔牙后的各时间段不同随机分8组,采用HE、免疫组化染色法,观察牙周细胞中iNOS的表达。结果:光镜下观察到实验组的牙周组织较正常改建明显。免疫组化染色结果:阳性物质iNOS在牙周膜中的表达实验组较对照组有显著增强,尤其是第2 d和第3周组(P<0.01)。结论:咬合力丧失促使牙周组织中iNOS的表达发生变化,提示iNOS很有可能是影响牙周组织改建的一个重要因素。Objective: To study the effect and molecular mechanism of induced nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) on periodontium remodeling after bite force loss. Methods : Rat model of bite force loss was established. The rats were divided iuto 8 groups based on the time of bite force loss. The histologic morphology and expression of iNOS were studied by using HE staining and immunohistochemistry method in peridontium cells. Results: In the group of bite force loss, especially in the 2nd-day and 3rd-week group ,the derangenent of periodontal ligament and resorption of alveolar bone were significant, and the expression of iNOS was much more than that in normal group. Conelusion:The iNOS may play an important role in the process of periodontium remodeling.
