摘　　要：现代新儒学的发展有两条路线:一条是中国五四运动后的现代新儒学,主要是突出本体和道德形上学,其“内圣开出科学民主”并不具有实践的操作性;另一条路线是日本、韩国的家族管理模式的现代新儒学,在企业文化的基础上,产生了政府、金融、企业三合一的“东亚价值”,对经济的发展起了推动作用。The development of the modern neo-confucism follows two lines： （1） the modern neo - confucism in China after the “May4th” movement mainly laid their emhysis on the numenon and moral metaphysics, but their procedure of developing democracy out of inner sageness had little practical significance; （2）the neo-confucism embraced in the Japanese and Korean family manegement created the “East - Asian” values which intergrated the government, finance and enterprise on the basis of the enterprise culture, and so promoted the economic development.
