摘　　要：通过分析地方院校的形势,提出加强馆藏文献信息资源建设应制定建设目标和原则,妥善处理好印刷型文献与电子资源的关系,积极吸收专业教师参与馆藏文献信息资源建设,建设较高质量的馆藏书目数据库,整合各种馆藏文献信息资源。With a study on present situation of library collections in local college, it is held in the article that the construction objects and principles should be set up to reinforce the construction of information resource, then the relations between published literature and electrical reading materials should be properly dealt with, and thirdly the profession teachers should be included in the construction of library information resources, and fourthly the higher quantity in library＇ the bibliography database should be built on, and fifthly the library＇ document information resources should be integrated.
