摘　　要：目的探讨生存素(survivin)、CD82、annexinⅡ在胃癌中的表达特征与临床病理学因素的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测62例胃癌手术切除标本中的CD82、annexinⅡ、survivin的表达特征,并分析其与不同的临床病理学因素之间的关系。结果胃癌中的CD82、annexinⅡ、survivin的表达在胃癌的TNM分期、组织类型、淋巴管侵袭、淋巴结转移、肿瘤组织内微血管类型、微血管数量、肿瘤间质反应及神经纤维周围间隙侵袭等方面具有显著性差异。而在年龄、性别及肿瘤最大直径方面未见显著性差异;虽在远处转移、术后生存时间方面未显示显著差异,但有差异逐渐扩大的倾向。结论胃癌组织的CD82、annexinⅡ、survivin的表达与临床病理学因素的分析对于胃癌的生物学行为、复发与预后的判断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD82, annexin Ⅱ and survivin in human gastric carcinoma （HGC）. Methods The expression of the 3 stated factors was studied in the gastrectomy specimens from 62 cases of gastric carcinoma by histochemical methods. The relationship between the results and the clinicopathological manifestations in the patients was analyzed. Results The expressions of CD82, annexin Ⅱ and survivin in HGC were mainly related to TNM stage, histologic classification, lymphatic invasion, lymph node involvement, type and degree of microvascularity in tumor tissue, interstitial reaction and perineurofibrous invasion; not with age, sex or tumor size; but tended to relate （without statistic significance） to distant metastasis and life time after operation. Conclusion Analysis of the,expression of CD82, annexin Ⅱ and surviving with the clinicopathologic features in the HGC patients may be of value in judging the biological behaviors, recurrence and prognosis of the cancer.
