摘　　要：国际上五次企业兼并浪潮具有不同的时代背景,影响五次浪潮的因素主要有12个。各主要因素在历次浪潮中所起的作用不同,在历次浪潮中所具有的内容也出现变化,这种时序变化形成了浪潮的轨迹。各主要因素的发展具有规律性,五次浪潮的演变规律体现在各主要因素的演变规律中。Five enterprise M＆A tides have happened at different backgrounds, which consist of 12 main factors. Every factor plays different role in every enterprise M＆A tide and plays large role in some tides and little role in other tides. Every factor changes in different tides and the changes in different tides make the path of every factor. The changing laws in the five tides are expressed in the changing laws of the main factors.
