摘　　要：各地水管单位在开展水利多种经营工作的过程中还面临着一些困难和挑战,同时尚存在着许多问题亟待解决。这些问题主要表现在对水利多种经营管理工作的认识有待进—步提高,水利多种经营管理工作的管理体制不顺,水利多种经营管理工作的运行机制缺乏创新等方面。Water resources authorities in China encounter some difficulty and challenges in carrying out diversified economy of water resources, and there also exists many problems to be solved urgently. Such problems concerning the diversified economy of water resources are mainly as follows: improvement of management understanding, imperfection of management system, lack of innovation of the operation mechanism, etc.
