西宁地区正常人群TCD频谱形态特点研究

摘　　要：目的研究西宁地区正常人群TCD(经颅多普勒)频谱形态的特点。方法应用TCD技术检测和分析不同年龄段正常人群脑动脉的频谱形态(n=432)。结果前、后循环峰时后延型频谱的发生率分别为27.31%、43.51%,其差异在40-69岁间具有显著性(x2=6.94-14.68,P=0.009<0.001),女性高于男性(X2=38.87-39.72,P<0.001)。60岁以上人群出现高阻力型频谱,发生率为14.93%,男性高于女性(x2=13.07,P<0.001)。异常频谱出现率与年龄(rs=0.6352-0.6786,P=0.0000)和搏动指数(rs=0.3126-0.3630,P=0.0000)呈正相关。结论西宁地区正常人群中,峰时后延型频谱主要见于女性和男女性的后循环,高阻力型频谱主要见于老年男性。Objective To research the characteristics of TCD （transcranial Doppler）spectrum of normal population at plateau in Xining. Methods Detecting and angyzing the TCD spectrum of cerebral arterial blood in normal Population at plateau by TCD （n=432）. Results The spectrum-peak -back-shift was 27.31% in the anterior circulation and it was 43.51% in the posterior circulation with statistical difference in 40-69 years old group （x^2=6.94-14.68, P=0.009〈0.001）and higher in female than in male （x^2=38.87-39.72,P〈0.001）.The spectrum-high-resistance was 14.93% beyond 60 years old group and higher in male than in female （x^2=13.07, P〈0.001）.The abnormal spectrum was positively related to age（R5=0.6352-0.6786, P=0.000）and PI（R5=0.3126- 0.3630, P=0.0000）.Conclusion In normal population at high altitude in Xining, the spectrum-peak-back-shift is more common in female and the posterior circulation.The spectrum-high-resistance is more common in elder male.
