小鼠SRS腹水瘤SAC克隆系列c－erbB－2表达研究

摘　　要：将ＳＲＳ淋巴瘤小鼠腹水液分离得到ＳＲＳ－８２、ＳＡＣ－ⅡＢ２、ＳＡＣ－ⅡＣ３三个细胞株，应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法对上述三者分别进行癌基因蛋白ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的检测。结果发现携带有ＳＲＳ病毒的三株细胞系均呈中等强度表达ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２，提示ＳＲＳ病毒可能与ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的激活有关。In this study,three cell clones of SRS-82、SAC-ⅡB2、SAC-ⅡC3 were selected from the ascites of SRS lymphoma mouses, c-erbB-2 oncogene protein were detected immunohistochemically in all three cell clones. The results showed that the three clones with SRS virus presented medium levels of c-erbB-2 expression. It indicated that SRS virus may be related to c-erbB-2 gene activation.
