摘　　要：通过对短距无线RF前端演示模块的研究,概括了以M EM S器件为基础的下一代RF-M EM S系统的具体技术指标,并展示了其技术可行性,讨论了RF-M EM S器件的现行状况和发展。Through investigation on RF front-end demonstration module for short distance radi,the paper summarizes the detail technical indes for next generation RF-MEMS system on the basis of MEMS devices ,and dehibits the technical feasibility. The current status and development of the MEMS devices are discussed.
