大脑大静脉的显微外科解剖学

摘　　要：在手术显微镜下对１７例成人脑标本的大脑大静脉及其属支进行观察。大脑大静脉根据其形式的不同可分为四型，大脑大静脉多起于松果体的后上方，绝大多数为单于，其长度和管径分别为９．６５±４．１２ｍｍ和３．８８±１．５２ｍｍ。本文还对其属支的出现率、起源、管径、回流和支数进行了详细观察。The GCV and its tributaries were evaluated under an operating microscope in seventeen adult cadaveric brains (thirty four hemispheres). GCV can be divided into four types based on its origin. GCV originate at supero-posterior to pineal body in most specimens.Most GCV have only single trunk. The average length and the average diameter is 9. 65±4. 12 mm and 3. 88± 1. 52 mm. The rate of presence, origin, formin, diameter, drainage,number of GCV tributaries were examined carefully.
