摘 要:以柠檬酸/碳酸钠为复合发泡剂,采用单螺杆和双螺杆挤出发泡工艺,研究了淀粉及淀粉/聚乙烯醇(PVA)体系的发泡倍率,并研究了不同化学试剂对发泡性能的影响。结果表明:单螺杆挤出发泡工艺优于双螺杆挤出发泡工艺。淀粉100.0份、PVA 30.0份、柠檬酸5.0份、碳酸钠4.0份、滑石粉填充量10.0份时,淀粉/PVA体系的发泡倍率为4.7,发泡效果最佳。氯化钠、尿素也可以增大体系的发泡倍率。Complex of citric acid/sodium carbonate was used as foaming agent, single-screw and double-screw extruder technics were used to foam starch and starch/PVA system, and the effect of two extrusion technics and different chemical reagent on the foaming properties were studied. The results showed that singlescrew extruder technics was better than double-screw extruder technics, and when the content of starch was 100.0 phr,the content of PVA was 30.0 phr, the content of citric acid was 5.0 phr, the content of sodium carbonate was 4.0 phr,the content of the talc was 10.0 phr,expansion ratio was the maximum of 4.7. Sodium chloride, urea could also increase the expansion ratio.
